The practice of using cold temperatures to promote natural healing and wellness. It dates back to ancient civilizations. Whole body cryotherapy is the modern application and stimulates the same rejuvenation at a whole new level of cold — in just three minutes!
Cryotherapy has been used by professional athletes to treat injuries and recovery faster for years.
WHAT ARE THE TOP BENEFITS OF CRYOTHERAPY?
Decrease inflammation and pain
Endorphins bind to pain and inflammation receptors, inhibiting their response.
Cryotherapy naturally boost the production of various components that help promote sleep, ensuring that your body gets the rest that it deserves.
Speed Muscle Recovery
Cryotherapy exposes your body to extremely cold temperatures for a short period of time which can raise the bodies metabolic rate as it works to heat back up. The body can burn between 500-800 calories following a session.
Increase Energy, Relief from Stress & Anxiety
The ultra-cool air used during a cryotherapy session causes the brain to release endorphins and other “feel-good” hormones. Because of the increased endorphins and adrenaline levels many users report enhanced mood and increased energy levels.
Reduce Migraine Symptoms
Cryotherapy can help treat migraines by cooling and numbing nerves in the neck area.
Whole Body Cryotherapy has been shown to boost the body’s natural immune response through increasing blood circulation, boosting cellular activity, removing toxins, increasing white blood cell count and and decreasing cortisol levels.
